Amsterdam Airport Schiphol saw cargo volume rise 9.8% year on year in June, while the number of freighter flights rose 3.9%.

In the first six months of the year, cargo volume at the airport increased 8.7%, and the number of air transport movements climbed 4.9% year on year. In June, passenger numbers grew 7.1% to reach 6.1 million.

This figure was the result of 3.8% more flight movements, larger aircraft and an increased load factor.
